The Business Council of Manitoba’s Work-Integrated Learning program has multiple positions for Indigenous students attending or planning to attend university or college in Manitoba! We are connecting students to work placements at BCM member businesses. The BCM is comprised of almost 100 of Manitoba’s leading businesses in over ten diverse industries. The WIL program aims to use the BCM membership network to connect Indigenous post-secondary students with access to work placements at BCM member businesses. The goal is to increase access to employment programs for Indigenous students in different levels of preparedness, industries, and fields of study — while providing a safe and valuable work experience opportunity.

Member Service Representative

We have multiple openings including Full Time as well as Part Time opportunities available. Reporting to the Manager, Member Service, the Member Service Representative serves as a knowledgeable and confident ambassador for the credit union products, services, and values, identifying opportunities that best suit the members’ needs.  Responsibilities include answering member inquiries and providing advice regarding ACU credit union products & services, referring members to other specialists within the credit union. Front line duties include working with cash as well as providing transactional service with accuracy and efficiency.
