The Business Council of Manitoba’s Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program was established in 2022 in conjunction with the Indigenous Education Awards. The WIL program aims to connect Indigenous students with jobs and work placements at BCM member, and other businesses in Manitoba. The Business Council of Manitoba is comprised of over 100 of Manitoba’s leading businesses in various industries. Through the WIL program, you have the opportunity to work with these employers and gain relevant paid career experience.
