He serves on the board of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, supporting programs for youth, families, and newcomers. He is also involved with Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME), where he is Advisory Board Chair, contributing to the advancement of Manitoba’s manufacturing sector.He is a past board member of Balmoral Hall School and played a leadership role in the multi million dollar capital campaign that delivered the Benedickson Centre for Arts and Design. Mr. Gompf holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and has completed the ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is the proud father of two daughters.
