Tyler Gompf

Chief Executive Officer, Global Drain Technologies

Tyler Gompf is an entrepreneur, CEO, and board director with a track record of building, acquiring, and scaling businesses across manufacturing and technology.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Drain Technologies, a drainage manufacturer exporting the majority of its products across the United States and the Americas.

Earlier in his career, Tyler co-founded Tell Us About Us Inc, a leading edge customer relationship measurement firm, serving more than 30,000 restaurant and retail locations across North America before being acquired by a U.S.-based company.

Tyler is actively engaged in community and industry leadership. He serves on the board of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, supporting programs for youth, families, and newcomers. He is also involved with Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME), where he is Advisory Board Chair, contributing to the advancement of Manitoba’s manufacturing sector.

He is a past board member of Balmoral Hall School and played a leadership role in the multi million dollar capital campaign that delivered the Benedickson Centre for Arts and Design. Mr. Gompf holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and has completed the ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is the proud father of two daughters.

Global Drain Technologies is a Winnipeg-headquartered manufacturing company specializing in high-performance drainage solutions for industrial, food processing, and infrastructure applications.

The company designs and manufactures a range of stainless steel and engineered drainage systems serving customers across North America, with the majority of its products exported to the United States and the Americas. Global Drain operates multiple product divisions and supports a broad base of blue-chip customers in food processing and industrial markets.

The company is known for its focus on product quality, operational reliability, and customer-specific solutions, enabling long-term partnerships in demanding environments.
